SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

We are committed to offering you a fast and reliable shipping service so that you can receive your purchases in the best conditions. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process the shipment of your orders.
ARTICLE 1 - ORDER PROCESSING DEADLINES
All orders are processed within 10 to 15 calendar days after receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we encounter a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If such a delay should occur, we will inform you by email.
ARTICLE 2 - SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
-Standard shipping to relay point: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
-Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
-International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 14 working days.
Delivery times are given for information only and may vary depending on your location and transport conditions.
ARTICLE 3 - SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the destination and the shipping method chosen. For orders to metropolitan France, Monaco, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, shipping costs are offered at a relay point for paintings up to 80x100cm. For the rest, the exact fees will be displayed at the time of validation of your order.
ARTICLE 4 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the delivery status of your package via the link provided.
ARTICLE 5 - EXPEDITION PROBLEMS
If you have a problem with your delivery, such as a damaged or unreceived package, please contact us at hardiestudio@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
ARTICLE 6 - SHIPMENT RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to metropolitan France, Monaco, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden. Orders to destinations outside these areas may also be supported but require specific arrangements. Contact us by email at hardiestudio@gmail.com
ARTICLE 7 - RETRACTION AND RETURNS
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of his order, to return any item that does not suit him and request a refund without penalty, with the exception of the return costs which remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
Returns are to be made in their original and complete condition (packaging with protection...) allowing them to be remarketed in their original state, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Damaged or soiled works are not taken back.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting the seller by email: hardiestudio@gmail.com.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the receipt by the seller of the products returned by the buyer under the conditions provided for above.
For any order of a work made to order, specifically by the artist at the request of the customer, it may not be cancelled or refunded. Indeed, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code as amended by Ordinance No. 2001-741 of August 23, 2001 which stipulates that the withdrawal period is fifteen (15) days, and withdrawal is excluded in particular (Article 121-20.2 3rd paragraph) for contracts for the supply of goods clearly personalized or made according to the consumer's specifications, in particular for custom-made items.
The creations are all made to order, the right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable for the latter. It is applicable for posters and for items in the "Promotions" category only.
In the case of a return, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
