SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping so that you can receive your purchases in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders.

 

ARTICLE 1 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME

 

All orders are processed within 10 to 15 calendar days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

 

 

ARTICLE 2 – SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

 

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping to Pickup Point: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.

 

 

ARTICLE 3 – SHIPPING COSTS

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the destination, and the chosen shipping method.

For orders shipped to mainland France, Monaco, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Belgium, shipping to pickup points is free for paintings up to 80x100cm. For other items, exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided.

 

 

ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING ISSUES

 

If you experience any issue with your delivery, such as a damaged or missing package, please contact us at contact@hardiestudioart.com as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

 

ARTICLE 6 – SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

 

We currently ship to mainland France, Monaco, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, and Sweden. Orders to destinations outside these areas may also be possible but require special arrangements. Please contact us at contact@hardiestudioart.com.

 

 

ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS & CANCELLATION

 

In accordance with Article L 221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 days from the delivery date to return any item that does not meet their expectations and request a refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the Buyer.

 

Items must be returned in their original condition and complete (including packaging and protective materials) to allow resale, and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

 

Damaged or soiled artworks cannot be accepted for return.

 

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting the seller by email at contact@hardiestudioart.com.

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned products under the conditions stated above.

 

Custom-made artworks created specifically on the client’s request cannot be canceled or refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke creations, in accordance with Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code.

 

All creations are made to order; therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. It only applies to posters, prints, and items in the “Promotions” category.

In case of a return, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
